Trying to get a hold of someone and cant
Horrible. I Can'\nT get past the stupid robot who says they understand full sentences , but they don't understand full sentences , and then, after I give the information , they say , come back when you have more information.
Go prepared
Could not find after 2 appoinments why I owed more taxes I asked "what should I do? Answer to me was "just pay it".
