I WAITED ON THE PHONE FOR AN HOUR FOR ONE STUPID QUESTION AND 1 hour AND 15 MINUTES INTO WAITING YALL HANG UP ON ME? incompetent. I got transferred 3 times because no one has any info yall don’t know anything you just like to play the game of transferring departments until someone just hangs up the call. I am so mad. The only reason they're getting 3 stars is because the security guard there is so kind and professional. Was very uncomfortable when I visited recently to pick up some forms. Very much felt like I was being patronized, which I'm used to, but I'm about over it. I don't know who needs to hear this, but if you don't like your job, find another one or retire or whatever. I really do hope the very nice security guard does write a book about the things she experiences there and makes a fortune publishing it, because she surely has... read more
Just had a appt there this morning and didnt have any issues getting in or being seen. I do wish they had more people there but am greatful for the help.
After speaking to someone on the phone, I was told to make an call another number and make an appointment with my local office to address my situation. My appointment was made in a timely manner. Less than 5 days. I arrived at my appointment with the requested documents and a very efficient and friendly representative took care of everything within 10 min. I was very satisfied with my in person experience.
