This office is closed to the public. I drove there for nothing.
Hung up on me 5 times, couldn’t even get to speak to a live agent. How are we supposed to pay taxes and expected to be able to pay when we can’t even get in contact with the IRS. This is disgraceful, if I don’t end up paying because your website isn’t working, that’s not going to be on me. For a government agency, this is horrendous, and yall arrest people for not paying. No wonder people don’t pay, it’s impossible to get questions answered.
I WAITED ON THE PHONE FOR AN HOUR FOR ONE STUPID QUESTION AND 1 hour AND 15 MINUTES INTO WAITING YALL HANG UP ON ME? incompetent. I got transferred 3 times because no one has any info yall don’t know anything you just like to play the game of transferring departments until someone just hangs up the call. I am so mad.
