I have a trucking business and I've been calling everyday and sit in hold for over a hour and then hung up. They want my $ but don't want to answer my calls . Try to avoid late fees but they don't answer. Unbelievable how our country is going these days.
Cannot get to any one person. Same info as website. 1800 number is a waste.
On hold for over two hours then message says unable to process your call and hangs up
