Idk why ppl post bad reviews they helped so much! Great staff and help from them.
This small office is not where the public can get thorough information. I made an appointment, waited for it , arrived, then told I would be receiving my tax return by Sept. 13th, 2024. NOT SO! It is now 10/ 15/24. My 2023 taxes were accepted electronically on 4/15/24. The appointment number does not answer. The local office is only open from 2:30 - 4:30 Mon.=Fri. these days. I do feel I am qualified to receive interest on my Federal refund amount. this is totally unacceptable. You work for us, not us working for you!!! Barb... read more
