The website claims walk in service but that's only for forms not to see someone, that needs an appointment, I've spent the better part of the day on hold to make said appointment.....our government at its best
The experience was pleasant and straightforward.
I have been trying to call the IRS for 2 weeks and was unable to get through. I drove just over an hour to the nearest branch, which is in Saginaw. Was met with very rude customer service. Turned down immediately and was told I had to call, and they could not help me. To just keep on calling. Unbelievable!!
If you think the phone lines are bad, please don't waste your time going in here, it will make you more upset than when you went in. These people are not for "the people" she had a smirk on her face the entire time telling me there was nothing she could do for my taxes I've been waiting on 2 months smh..
