It's 9:50am, web site say's they are open, yet no one answers phone. Recording said they were closed, call back during normal business hours. Either the google web site needs to change the open display, or someone should turn the phones on. Just saying.
So i filed my taxes first week of February, everything went great and smoothly. Come April 2024 there had been a issue IRS mailed paperwork out said I was being flagged but I should have my refund soon. May June July August still no refund, at this point I myself have made several attempts and so has my tax guy to contact IRS to discuss what is the hold up on my refund only to get the run around with no answers.
