Staff 25 minutes late but if youre late you get rescheduled we got here 15 mjnutes early for our appointment. My girlfriend just moved here from south Carolina Shes not good with this type of stuff and gets anxious . I was not allowed to go in and help her and she wanted me to .security is definitely not people persons. Drove a hour to get nothing accomplished. Yes I got a letter in the mail I called the number on the letter from the IRS I waited 15 minutes till I talked to a person from the IRS the lady said I didn't know what I was talking about and she didn't know what letter I was talking about then hung up on me. Which is not professional and should never happen at the IRS. Then I called again talked to another lady and I told her about my issue seem like she didn't know what she's doing either. she kept saying go to the website which I told her I went to the website everythin... read more
Made appointment. Had to go through security so no pocket knives. Everyone was very polite. The Specialist that helped me was very considerate and compassionate.
They are remarkable workers and easy to get along with
