If I could give zero stars I would totally do it without thinking twice about it. My latino dad was trying to get some help with some papers and the lady upfront and the security lady were so rude for no reason almost to the point of kicking out by force of the office when all he tried to do was get some help. Very bad attention to the taxpayers, specifically to us as latinos. Our English isn't perfect but we speak English. I communicated with them respectfully, just as a government official should be treated, at least in our culture. I said, "Lady" to the employee, but she just got mad because I said lady. We have an appointment, and they didn't take the time to search appropriately. We drove over an hour and waited 2 weeks for this appointment, but they refused the attention. Would be less than 1 star. Impossible to navigate through the automated system. Will not allow you to actually speak with anyone. At this rate maybe getting rid of useless people is a good thing.
Had my appointment today and it went fast smooth and simple the staff was great from the time you walk in until the time you leave they should respect security guard was nice and very professional the worker there she explained everything went i went to the back to be seen she was fast and did her job ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ super nice
