Hard to pay Ukraine when the IRS won't even answer your calls and when they do they keep hanging up not to mention they are trying to charge for taxes already paid the IRS AND THE WHOLE GOV IS RIPPING PPL OFF!! And they leave us no means to resolve anything!!
