The guy is absolutely lazy and inefficienct. I had to go to the office twice for a tax refund problem but they couldn't solve anything. As a result I had to call the IRS and get it done. Pathetic.
I’m very upset with the IRS because I mailed in my 2019 tax forms it’s been over two months And no Stimulus check. I do the non-filer Made a mistake and they told me I had two options print out the form non filers from their website mail it in, I already done the first time .or file it in 2020. Again I have to wait all they could do is fix the problem send it to my banking account they refuse to fix it for me .
