Please do something !I called multiple times/ days to book an apt but no one is answering the phone .I just want to get ITIN number for my kids.
I went without an appointment for a simple question. Waited 45 minutes for all the "scheduled" appointments to be done, only to be told to make an appointment. An exercise in futility. Clearly staff has been cut, but really?It's not like there was more than one other person in the whole office waiting.
Unhelpful, made contradicting statements, unable to answer basic questions, hostile from the beginning. Mr. Harris and this center are definitely not recommended.
