The employees here are some of the rudest and cruelest people I've ever encountered. I have never had a government employee raise their voice to borderline yell at me just for asking basic questions like 'what would I need to do to get an EIN number'. Had to wait several weeks to book an appointment. Arrived on time & he office was closed. Came all the way from Vancouver. Border line up 2+hours.
