I want to apply for a job here because it obviously consist of doing nothing but staring at a wall and counting sheep. How ironic it is that the IRS offices are a waste of taxpayer dollars. dollar tree on a holiday would have better customer support.

I called this location and a representative spent almost an hour on the phone with me, helping walk me through and issue. I am so grateful for her patience and understanding. I cannot comment on the physical location as I only had the call.

Mr. Tomatillo violated my privacy. He took all the paperwork I had on the counter without my permission and started going threw it behind the glass. When I reacted strongly that he violated my privacy and rights he said I was done. I tried to grab my private papers back from him as he had no right to grab them, go threw them or look at them. I yelled to stop looking at them again that he was violating my privacy and tried to reach threw the glass again to get my papers. He said that's it, he's done and called security on me.... read more
