That was pointless. I basically gave them all my information (SS#, full name, DOB and my address) only to wait for 50 minutes before they hung up. Now what? A scam? Thanks for nothing.

I had an appointment May 29th at 9:45am. It was very timely. Mr. Ibarra and the security guard were extremely professional and amazing. Was worth the drive.
I want to apply for a job here because it obviously consist of doing nothing but staring at a wall and counting sheep. How ironic it is that the IRS offices are a waste of taxpayer dollars. dollar tree on a holiday would have better customer support.
