Had an appointment right after 4th of July on a Monday, so I was worried. Great experience. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Minimal waiting time once I checked in. Ms. Guidry was the best in helping. She greeted with a big smile and carried out the due procedural work calmly, and she also gave a clear idea on when I will hear back from IRS after processing my case. Thank you for the timely help.
