Zero stars. The people that work here should all be fired. I was told I needed an appt to make a payment with a Cashiers Check. Something that literally should take no more than 5 minutes. Cashiers check payments do not require an appointment, the workers just wanted to turn me away.
Never call you back
We went to our appointment on March 8,2024. We were a little worried about what to expect based on all the bad reviews especially of one particular agent. I have to say it wasn’t as bad as we thought it would be. The security guard and female agent were incredibly nice to us and we had a good laugh about some of my concerns.
