Zero! This place might as well not exist iv been calling and they leave me on ringing for hours on end stil haven't gotten a hold of anyone..i come here 4 times a week its been 2 months they're either on lunch or they're sick or theres just no one there, the one time i got in the guy set up an appointment and then a week later sent me a message to cansel my appointment and i stil don't know why
If I could give a zero i would. I've been trying to get a hold of a person for damn near half a year but the automated system refuses to get me in contact with anyone. It's the last day of 2025 and I still haven't gotten my federal tax return. I'd give the IRS an F for the work its done
If I could give zero I would have. Pre recording kept having me ask my question but would give completely irrelevant responses in return. Can't get it to transfer to an actual person. Waste of time.
