We walked in, unaware that we needed an appointment. We were helped immediately though. Cecilia Jacinto is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She knew exactly what we needed to submit after she reviewed our return. Fortunately, we had the paperwork that was needed which she copied and sent to the service center. This was a most refreshing experience after getting the runaround and unavailability of a live representative with whom we could talk after multiple phone calls to the IRS 800 number.
