AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!So I made in appointment over the phone after being on hold for an hour now I’m here at my appointment and I got here on time yet I have been waiting for an hour and a half!! This is ridiculous how time consuming this is only two people calling the numbers on queue smh😡
It’s off of d street the old building is right next to it but new spot is in the tower on the 1st floor. Check in with security if you want , if not go to the left past elevator make a right and it’s first brown door on left. If you can park on the steer your golden if not prolly gotta pay. I saw a few people there with no appointment and they were still getting helped. Depends on day I guess. The two people there were very nice the lady at the front and Mr. Wiillete got the info and stuff I needed and I was out .. go early ... read more
The representative in the front desk is a Very Rude and no helpful the face is a terrible representative is a bad service and ask for questions and representative is terrible attitude and. Bad service fired , pls I need atencion for representative customer not happy poor service
