First of all finding parking for this place was ridiculous, eventually I ended up going to the parking garage next door (it's free) but fair warning a lot of those parking spaces are RESERVED so pay attention, cuz they will ticket u! Anyhow the IRS is a tiny little office that when u get to the locked doors, the guard ask for ID . Then when he comes back he let you in.
