First of all, the IRS office is inside vanir tower! Second, if you want to speak to a professional, make sure you speak to the person in booth 7!! Her name is Donna. Unfortunately I had to make 3 different appointments and until I was attended with her, the job got done right ✅️
The service is horrible . Need to wait longer time even we have appointment. Takes longer to call next number after the preset client is helped . After each client served they take approximately 30 min to call next client
Why isn't the recording clear? Its has a lot of glitches in which cant even understand what the recording is asking you to input? Why is it so hard to schedule an appointment?
Worst place Ever
Good luck getting ahold of an actual human. Better off waiting hours in line to MAYBE been seen
