I filed my tax return over a month ago and my tax return hasn’t been processed yet. I’m not sure the delay. I’m confused why we have a date we’re required to pay by, but not the IRS. Update. Contacted my local congressman office sometime in the beginning of JUN and the IRS only needed 3 paystub. I’m unsure why the IRS couldn’t contact me for that information. Oh and I still don’t have my return, even though my funds were requested on 23JUN2025 to be released, which was 3 weeks ago. I’m unsure why the IRS is stealing from me.... read more

Very disappointed with the terrible service this office provided. Or should I say not provided. The agent if I remember correctly was Mrs White. She was so rude. Kept making facial expressions like she was annoyed with my questions and like she hates her job. I was not able to accomplish what I went in for. I believe her negative attitude and rudeness had a lot to do with it. She could not even provide me with an IRS street address where I could send them a payoff via Federal Express.
