Customer service sucks
I have called the number that they list to call for an appointment over a dozen times and each time it says "the call cannot go through". This is absolute misery considering their local phone number doesn't allow you to speak to anyone. How do you even get help from your own government when you can't even get an automated message to work? ZERO stars.

I want to talk to a real person not a voice system
I been on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes to try to talk to someone there but i just give up from being on hold for too long and hung up this is too crazy
