is it that complicated for your peewee brains to make it simple to speak with a REAL person? or perhaps, actually use SMART robots. it is NOT always that simple to just go online. this is pure laziness of America.
The automated system has absolutely no idea what I am requesting and keeps running me around in circles. All I was asking is finding out if this is an actual drop off location for any paperwork that needs to be done, but this darling automated system that is being run by the Internal Revenue Service cannot understand what 2+2 is.
Customer service sucks
I have called the number that they list to call for an appointment over a dozen times and each time it says "the call cannot go through". This is absolute misery considering their local phone number doesn't allow you to speak to anyone. How do you even get help from your own government when you can't even get an automated message to work? ZERO stars.
