They won't let you talk to a real person ever. This is bogus because they cant seem to find my status on my returns. Yet here I am waiting trying to figure out what the heck is going on.

Rude, condescending woman employee. Becomes irritated over simple questions. Refuses to answer any questions. Wont look at paperwork if you bring it. Highly aggressive which is shocking for in-person. Dont bother. Call on the 800 where they have better customer support. Greenbay has zero customer service.
No longer an operating location; as of May 14th they vacated the space - now you have to go to the Appleton location. Not posted anywhere obvious except on their front door. Complete waste of time.
