Made an appointment as the IRS phone number takes you in loops and even when e got to an agent and began to explain my situation she just transferred me back to the loop. I finally decided I'd waste less time if I drove well over an hour one way to resolve the issue. The office is to the far left of the building where Google maps takes you. People were very nice and & informative. Security guard was also very respectful. The only downfall was the address it took me a while to find the place it’s best to look on the maps.
Rosie helped answer all my questions and was very patient and kind. Definitely one of their best there, and the the security was very respectful. And child friendly staff and business. Smooth experience
