Ok place unprofessional staff and very uknoligable in a lot of things they really should consider hiring new employees that are more experienced and trained.
How is it a person on welfare, can claim a child and collect $5,000 in child support a year, while working, with 50/50 custody?? Lets just enable these people to be the abusive narcissistic tyranny… ridiculous

My son passed away in 2021. I was supposed to file his taxes that year but I was unable mentally. I needed to ID myself online but that wasn't happening. So I made an appt for Oct 5th 2023 I can't tell you how wonderful they were to me. I had all the documents required and it was much easier than expected. I couldn't thank them enough. They are people just trying to do their jobs. I think most people bring on their own problems. All of us have the same laws and requirements, just follow them.
