Over all the IRS has been very difficult to get a hold of a representative to help me over the phone, but once I was finally able to make an appointment and get help in person at the York office, Mrs. Colon there was amazing and so helpful. She took care of the reason for the appointment and went above and beyond to provide me additional resources for my other concerns as well as an estimated timeline when I can expect resolution. Thank you so much!

I waited on the phone for over two hours today to be hung up on and told they can’t help me till the next business day. I’m in literal tears because that’s crazy to have to wait for two hours and then hung up on. Just to Figure out how much money I owe them and to pay them. It’s not fair because now I’m going to accrue more interest and penalties mind you this is the 2nd time I’ve tried to get this information. There haven’t been no update online so I can’t just go on there and pay what I don’t know I owe.
Needed to speak to someone and got a recording instead of a person
Horrible…no point in scheduling an appointment they make you wait so long.
