They waited 7 years to send me form saying that I owed them money they are an absolute joke and should be abolished completely
Absolutely worthless they need abolished immediately they wait 7 years to send you things saying that you owe them money.
Surprisingly, this was a nice place to visit. It doesn't hurt that there was nobody else waiting when we arrived, as there were plenty of seats in the reception area. The clerk who assisted us was polite, courteous, and helpful. The only reason I deducted a star is because I heard the security guard from the IRS office talking poorly about clients with the security guard from the Social Security office next door. There's no reason to speak ill of the public when you're representing a position of authority.

I was at this location at roughly 8am today 3/18/25. I had a scheduled appointment. The security guard B. Plitt was hostile and agressive. He demanded I leave after doing his security chk because he FELT I had an "attitude." He got into my personal space and refused to step away. He yelled at me multiple times to "get out," and stated "you're crazy" as he opened the doors to the lobby when he forced me out of the IRS office.
