I was at this location at roughly 8am today 3/18/25. I had a scheduled appointment. The security guard B. Plitt was hostile and agressive. He demanded I leave after doing his security chk because he FELT I had an "attitude." He got into my personal space and refused to step away. He yelled at me multiple times to "get out," and stated "you're crazy" as he opened the doors to the lobby when he forced me out of the IRS office. I would give you a 0 if I could. Been waiting for over 5 months now for my refund, and y'all done nothing to get it to me. And you wonder why people are losing faith in our country..
