Workers aren’t very friendly , or just don’t like their job. Overheard an elderly man trying to seek help. The lady was being rude , and over talking him. They push having an appointment and say that it’s their priority but even when there aren’t any appointments you’ll wait for more than an hour. The only person that was extremely nice was the security lady in the front
