My parents both passed away in 2020, me and my sisters had to have their taxes done and we did. They (or me and my sister’s) were to get a refund. Do you think after 6 years we’ve received anything? NO, but if they owed the IRS I bet they would want their money but since it’s reversed the IRS is blowing us off.
Cant speak to anyone about tax issues, their ai robot is deff and dyslexic. You will have a better easier faster response if you just talk to a brick wall.
Karen O was very nice, however, her work did not yield results for us. The Security Guard was terrible. He was arrogant, unprofessional and insisted I had to be wanded with a metal detector even though I told the person when I made the appointment I have an implant and need a pat down. I was told it was no problem. The guard refused to get a woman for a pat down and so refused me access to the building. My husband went in and I was dismissed to wait in the cold December weather. Not a good experience at all and still waiting to hear back. I hope these reviews make a difference these folks are federal employees. Things have got to change for the better taxpayers should not have to put up with this nonsense.
