Nobody has answered the phone in a over a month. Been on hold till they closed more than 10 times on hold for over 2-3 hours or more sometimes. What's up IRS? Can't do your jobs? Get it together, I feel my taxes wasting away on useless staff.
Looks like the IRS got DOGED. Even the automated system is too overwhelmed to do anything and just hangs up on you so you can't make an appointment if you wanted to, and you can't contact the office directly, so...wtf.
Just do what you need to do!!!
When I asked Yolanda: What can I do?, What do I need?”, I was repeatedly answered with “I don’t know”, service can and must be better.
