Didnt open the doors for 3 peoples apointments that were in line standing infront of doors for 2 1/2 hours on monday may 13 and never came out to tell people what was going on some people were there waiting from way out of town from 830 am on .... ...
Was greeted by a very polite and detailed security officer who was following his instructions but was stuck with people who hadn't understood what they needed to bring or provide for entrance. I feel sorry for him having to deal with unprepared people. This was our second visit due to identity theft and l heard the peoples conversations before us and can't imagine a more polite and concerned staff. I don't know how anyone could be dissatisfied other than the usual non prepared customer. I can't wait to buy the office lunch. ... read more
