I understand dealing with the IRS can be troublesome but the people here are kind and very helpful. Very welcoming environment.
Still can’t get ahold of anyone in the IRS, buuut, I was pleasantly surprised by being able to get an appointment without too much hassle. Once at the office, Charlye was very professional and did great helping me understand what was needed.
