Horrible people doing a Horrible job!
Wish I could give 0 stars. 25 min estimated wait. 3 hours. No answer. Tried again today. 23 min estimated wait. ,1 hour 30 minutes no answer. Tax payer money and tax payer time that amounted to absolutely nothing. Would not recommend calling this place. IRS has a brick wall up to prevent people from being helped.
Very frustrating when calling. When the robot call finally sends the call to talk to a person the line is always busy and it says please try again later and hangs up! You can’t even wait on hold. So I will have to start all over again trying to get to actually talk to someone. If I could give no stars I would.
