I don’t get what the point is. It’s impossible to speak to humans and when you do, they can’t help. A system too big and complex for its own good. These are the issues we should worry about.
DO NOT Call us customers, we are not customers. I have been trying to modify a payment. Chat feature doesn't work. I have been on the phone for hours on hold. Not even sure why they give us an option to review when this is just pure garbage. They would rather make it so I can't cancel or modify payments than be understanding about an emergency coming up.
The IRS, in general, has the WORST "service" of any entity of EVER dealt with.
