Changes in the system made it impossible for me to get my refund and now you all won't answer the phone too explain changes made to the tax payment system. I will not be sending in my taxes until you all do your job or get one
Had an appointment they claim I didn't very rude front desk
It was easy to park and it had steps or an elevator to the second floor. There were bathrooms on the first floor. The IRS agent was thorough.
Just sat there for 5 hours, n never got my turn lol save yo time.
