Some jobs shouldn't be called a job..it's 2025 and my 2023 refund is still being reviewed..even though I've received my 2024 refund...I hate this country
There automated system will not take you to a person. If you ask them to take you to a person I would give their automated system and zero stars if I could. Don’t even try anytime you say oh I need to talk to a person or human like oh tell me what about OK then goto this website. How is the website gonna help me when I need to talk to a person y’all need to fix it
Tried to get information on a tax payment to the IRS and the stupid automated system could not direct me to anything, so I guess they don't want their money
have had an appointment for over 2 months now to come today they say we never had an appointment this place is a joke
