I had a great experience. I had to go in due to my tax return being lost by mail in. However the representative that helped me resubmitted everything for my tax refund. Yes, it is an overall inconvenience but I was accommodated promptly. My return was sent out that same day. Very clean and quiet building with security. Short on staffing though.
No one answers the phone. I have called multiple times a day for the last 3 weeks.
Funny how nobody ever answers when us tax payers have concerns. Youd think they’d be just as concerned to answer our questions as it’s the end of the world if we don’t answer their Questions
It would be lovely if they actually answered phone calls and when they do, they don't lie about the information you provided to prevent you access anything. Or request w-2s never sent so I can file taxes. They're refusing to sending my W-2 which would help filing for two years.
