Called in hopes to get my issue resolved, waited 1 hr and still holding... This place is impossible to get ahold of. From the other reviews I don't even know if they'll honor my appointment date!! shame I must go through such hassle for a single form. I wish this place would receive better management. I'm willing to work here to help them at this point-
Everything was fine I just pay tax that's it.
They treat you like a criminal and make you feel unsafe. Avoid at all costs and please complain to the city that we want a less stressful environment

I made an appointment took me nearly 2 months to get in. I had a video appointment with an IRS agent who was awesome and spoke to another agent on the phone who was just as great. Both told me fill out an offer in compromise and TAKE it to my local office so they can fax it in do not mail it. Finally got in. The lady at the front was horrible. She said she won’t do it.
