don't call. The robot doesn't understand a thing and they loop you around infinitely to other robots or state "I can speak in full sentences, tell me what you need." and then don't understand so it says the quote again 3 times before it hangs up.
For everyone that’s hating on the new system. I get it. It sucks. Keep pressing one until you get somebody. That’s how I’m getting through.
Worst automated system I’ve ever heard of oh my God
Absoluetly terrible! Can’t believe this is our government! Can’t even get ahold of someone. They say there improving there automated voice system but they just improve it so that it’s harder to get ahold of a real person! I’m done
