Everyone is polite and helpful.
don't call. The robot doesn't understand a thing and they loop you around infinitely to other robots or state "I can speak in full sentences, tell me what you need." and then don't understand so it says the quote again 3 times before it hangs up.
For everyone that’s hating on the new system. I get it. It sucks. Keep pressing one until you get somebody. That’s how I’m getting through.
