Worst automated system I’ve ever heard of oh my God
Absoluetly terrible! Can’t believe this is our government! Can’t even get ahold of someone. They say there improving there automated voice system but they just improve it so that it’s harder to get ahold of a real person! I’m done
I can't believe I just gave the IRS 5 stars. Actually, I'm not. I'm giving Cory there in the Spokane Office 5 stars. That guy spent probably 40+ hours pouring through my paperwork due to a big mess I created. And he bent over backwards to help. Absolutely impressed. Thank you!
