Having tried every phone number listed, I have still been unable to reach a human to resolve a lost refund older than 2023 check issue!
Sits on hold for ever. Requests to create a simple EIN number. Gets transferred a bunch of times and ultimately asks to fill out a paper form and mail it in , when online and customer service couldn’t create EIN number. Am I being punked ?!
Rude, unavailable, and inconsistent with calling ppl to the back. I set for two hours, listening to one clerk tell this client over and over the same thing. Then, he had to wait on another clerk who was semi calling on the next. Would wish they had taken more pride in themselves and their job duties.
I have spent the past 2 hours calling every number to get help but I just keep getting hung up on!!!! You people have been taking my money for more than 30 years for something that doesn't belong to me!!! A supposed $2000 student loan when I was 17!!! Who's doing the math? Even if I owed it, haven't you already got the money??????
