Been calling for months and still get nothing but AI operators. I've been trying to collect my refund for months now. They can take our money with no problem but we can't get our hard working money back.... what a country.

Can’t transferred to a representative at all. That really sucks
If this is the main medium of interaction between citizens and their "civil servants," it might explain why so many can't respect their government. This is not the place for a cheap, clunky, impersonal answering system. I do not blame the employees at this location personally. Why not outsource customer service to a private company that has profit incentives for doing a job well done?
