Horrible customer service. If you want to talk to people who hate you before you even get on the line these are the people. Additionally they have no information to help you they will just said I don’t know. Can’t imagine why a local IRS office doesn’t know anything regarding taxes.
This place is as sorry as they come. Set an appointment 6 months in advanced, waited 6 months. Even called the day before to confirm my appointment. Drive an hour and a half to come to a closed office. Apparently it’s been closed the past 3 days. To not even get a notice or to at least tell me when I was confirming the appointment is unprofessional, unorganized, and poor management. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
