This has been closed for the time being as they have less manpower and was requesting us to visit Modesto branch.
I called several times for assistance.. phone service is horrible..I will go in person tomorrow or Thursday.. where the uck is my refund?
Very unprofessional.On Friday got there at 4:05 lady told me it's about to close can't help you.closing time is 4:30. I don't understand why all the people they work for IRS so arrogant I talk to so many of them over the phone when they answered after 2 hours and can't help you out just keep transferring you
It's disgusting, that place is very rude, the person who serves doesn't let you talk, they should fire her and hire competent people.
Fire all of them and get people there with good customer service skills
