They never answer the phone for a simple question you go down there they don't even help you they make it very difficult
It’s not easy to get an appointment, but the staff were very helpful!
Absolute horrid service from the IRS rep. Zero contact with taxpayers until HE was ready (10 min. wait), rude, and unworthy to hold his current position without some serious remedial customer service training.
The website is too difficult to navigate looking to get an appointment they make you go through a whole thing called the Reno office and they won’t take calls so what the hell do they have a phone number for?
