The website is too difficult to navigate looking to get an appointment they make you go through a whole thing called the Reno office and they won’t take calls so what the hell do they have a phone number for?
Recording wouldn’t put me through to a representative. The choices given did not cover my issue. They hung up on me
What is the point of sending a notice and it states to call this office only to not get a hold of anyone?? Then you go to the office and no one responds. Now I'm going to get penalized for not being a tax professional.
