All I was trying to do was speak to a representative and all they did was hang up on me it's the most USELESS place or service or what ever you want to call it! Seems that the little people makining them momey they could care less about

The Security Guard in the IRS Taxpayer Assistance Center in Syracuse is a wonderful man. He is friendly and communicative and respectful. I wish I knew his name so I could be more specific but he has been there for a long time. The IRS Agent, Julie, is amazing! She treats you with warmth and respect and does not give up even if your case is a tough one. She has been there for many years and is consistently dedicated to helping you any way she can.
