The security guards AND the women in this office were amazing. I’ve gone twice, at no fault of theirs, and they were SO kind and helpful. Extremely personable. Never thought I’d be leaving a 5 star review for the IRS, but here I am. (I see a lot of 1 star reviews regarding the phone, the people in this office have no correlation to the phone.)
Terrible in every way! IVR Phone system does not work. Shame on you Donald Trump and DOGE. Just plain terrible!
