The representative was so rude.
I have tried calling everyday for weeks and nobody ever picks up, I have tried this phone line and every other one available and nobody ever picks up and the automated system hangs up on me asking me to try another day. My situation is very time sensitive and it feels impossible to get any help.
Called every day since March. Today was the first time I got ahold of someone after a two hour wait. Then they dropped my call. Weird, when we don’t pay them it’s a crime, but when they don’t pay us back, what can you do? I guess that what you get when the rule makers make rules that make them immune to the rules
The one lady takes 2 hours or more with each client. Her attitude is poor. She literally spends half of the time dogging the heck out of each individual and is highly unprofessional.And the guy is ignorant I mean it takes over 2 hours or more just to get a copy of your taxes printed out it's ridiculous.
If you want customer service like what you’d get at the back of an outhouse, this place is for you. I waited in the lobby for 50 minutes, having to listen to the stupidest questions other customers were asking the workers, and them proceeding to just repeat themselves over and over again. It felt like they made no effort to move the process along.
