I’ve called more than at least 10 times. I’ve tried anything and everything to talk to someone to revise my payment plan. Either i’m on hold for a hour or more, they answer and then hang up, or they answer and “can’t hear” me. This is absolutely ridiculous.
The representative was so rude.
I have tried calling everyday for weeks and nobody ever picks up, I have tried this phone line and every other one available and nobody ever picks up and the automated system hangs up on me asking me to try another day. My situation is very time sensitive and it feels impossible to get any help.
Called every day since March. Today was the first time I got ahold of someone after a two hour wait. Then they dropped my call. Weird, when we don’t pay them it’s a crime, but when they don’t pay us back, what can you do? I guess that what you get when the rule makers make rules that make them immune to the rules
