The one lady takes 2 hours or more with each client. Her attitude is poor. She literally spends half of the time dogging the heck out of each individual and is highly unprofessional.And the guy is ignorant I mean it takes over 2 hours or more just to get a copy of your taxes printed out it's ridiculous.
If you want customer service like what you’d get at the back of an outhouse, this place is for you. I waited in the lobby for 50 minutes, having to listen to the stupidest questions other customers were asking the workers, and them proceeding to just repeat themselves over and over again. It felt like they made no effort to move the process along. Drove 30 minutes to get there, waited in the lobby for another 30 minutes and was then told that theyre closed and we needed to leave and given further unessecary attitude by a female worker who told us we needed to make an appointment, and when i told her we didnt know that she only replied that it is on the door to the room. As if thats any amount of help at all.
Worthless piece of crap automotive system that refuses to let you talk to a real person and then hangs up on you.
