On hold for 2 hours and still waiting...
Filed my taxes nine weeks ago. Soon after I filed received a fraud letter that was on April 6 and called that day . No live agent to speak to. When I did get one they answered and hung up on me.
I donot remember the middle aged female afr american working there but she is very aggressive and rude. Its almost like she has an intimidating demeanor about her. If i have to drive to cleveland i will and its not a black white race issue cause im a minority as well. She just needs to tone it down a little.
She must have been hired for her bad attitude. Aggressively annoyed with everything. I had a previous appointment at the Canton IRS location only to show up and the whole department was closed for the month with no notice - that was a comparatively better experience plus parking was free.
Waited on hold for 2 hours on the phone to ask a simple question. Finally got my call picked up and was introduced to worker there started asking my question. Then they just hang up.
