Closes on a Friday at noon, not a holiday, not a regular scheduled closing time. I hope the other 6 people that was turned away at security didnt have to pay for parking as well. Because I will not be getting reimbursed for a trip to downtown el paso to turn around and head back home.
Terrible service; unable to log in and phone service will give tax status only fir refunds.
If i could give 0 stars I would. Answer your phones. Get rid of the AI answering machine. Its been over 3 months and no answer to where my refund is.
