Came in as a walk in and was turned around to call and schedule an appointment 2 weeks out. I have been calling this office daily for a month now and now answer so coming in as a walk in as a walk in was my only choice to get answers. But turned around by the supervisor. Now I understand she said appointments only but she just turned me around without any help. There was no one in the waiting area, and still no one could talk to me for 5 minutes.
System wouldn’t transfer me to an operator
They are super rude! I called because I needed help with my IRS account. And the person on the phone was extremely rude and was yelling at me the whole time.
