Despite several attempts, I have found it challenging to have even basic inquiries and concerns addressed satisfactorily. It appears that there is a consistent presence of staff members who lack sufficient knowledge of their roles, which has impeded the resolution of people’s issues. Came here for a appointment lady at the front desk told me I was at the wrong building went to the other building went passed security and got a ticket number when they called my number they told me I was at the wrong building it was the building I went to first missed my appointment that took a week to get all because the lady was wrong !!!

Very friendly and fun people working there. I had a good experience visiting them to drop off my tax return. Very quick to drop off, no appointments needed. So stamp or fee and they will check real quick for you to make sure all the items, signatures filled.
