These folks have imporved massively since my last review of them, as of now they went out of their way to help me when I tax return company messed up and even worked with my schedule to set appointments up to get me my tax return to me! Much improved over the last two years! Great job now just get your new people up to speed so you dont have to schedule so many appointments to talk to a bunch of different folks and you will be 5stars!!!
received a notice from the IRS with no real information and no one and the IRS seems to know what it is pertaining do, but the IRS wants the fine to be paid.
zero stars, worst customer service ever, no one there to pick up the phone and not even an option to talk to a representative.
