It's terrible that you can't get through to speak with a live man or woman yo handle tax business. The automative phone service is scrambled to the point one can not comprehend what is being said. Sad state of affairs.
All I want to do is speakers with a person about a notice I got in the mail. The useless automated system keeps sending me in circles and doesn't understand when I say I got a notice in the mail. 30 minutes of my life wasted on this useless group of thieves
Got no help at this office on 3/12 at 1:32pm the male refused to verify me real. No one was in the office
