Couldn't get in had to have a appointment which did me no good no one wouldn't answer the phone
They give you a number to call and make an appointment , when you call i, the robot hangs up on you, so how am i supposed to make an appointment??? Like why how does it even make sense??? It’s just stupid, and annoying, why is the office even there if they can’t help tax payers??? Like just shut it down , it’s useless.
I don’t understand how I could be on hold for an hour and 39 minutes, sounds like someone picked up and they won’t talk. I then try calling from another phone and then get told the lines are too busy to please try calling again 😡
The IRS service provided amazing care and were able to help us out. I wasn’t fully confident that everything would go smoothly because the reviews weren’t the best, but surprisingly everyone was very friendly and of great help. Thank you and God bless!
