Literally the worst customer service. The man on the phone clearly hated probably more than his job.
I hate talking to a digital robot!!! She can’t help me but refuses to transfer me, but she can hang up on me!!! I have called before & I get a human, how come I can’t now!!! So tired of dealing with IRS.
Very obvious this place is staffed with government employees
Rushed me off the phone and transferred me. Need better etiquette on the phone. Sadly
