I hate talking to a digital robot!!! She can’t help me but refuses to transfer me, but she can hang up on me!!! I have called before & I get a human, how come I can’t now!!! So tired of dealing with IRS. I finally get transferred to a gentleman which asked what I needed. When I had gone thru my situation there was radio silence on the other end. Literally the worst customer service. The man on the phone clearly hated probably more than his job.

Very obvious this place is staffed with government employees
Rushed me off the phone and transferred me. Need better etiquette on the phone. Sadly
