This phone service is absolutely disgraceful
Stupid automated system doesn't do anything but reroute you to another automated systems to then just hang up on you
Rude reps and still no refund don’t make no sense
Just a horrible system inside and out
I filed my taxes in February. They requested a 8962 form now it’s end of April and they’re telling me I have to wait additional 60 days for my return ! This is BS .i pay so much in taxes all the time and I can’t even get my refund back . Sick n tired of the bs . Tax payers get treated poorly. Very disappointed.
