Just a horrible system inside and out
I filed my taxes in February. They requested a 8962 form now it’s end of April and they’re telling me I have to wait additional 60 days for my return ! This is BS .i pay so much in taxes all the time and I can’t even get my refund back . Sick n tired of the bs . Tax payers get treated poorly. Very disappointed.
Verified my ident. Still no refund. Stopped taking out taxes from SS. Will pay as I go.

The ladies in this office were super helpful and kind. Mrs Jones helped me tremendously. I know there are many bad reviews on here but I have learned to not take out our anger on the messengers from this office as they are just trying to do their job. The office ladies don't make the law.
