Probably worst experience doing a pre screen drug test asking simple questions and the receptionist being extremely rude, attitude was unacceptable. Over an 2 hour wait for a simple test is a joke on a weekday
Had to make a visit for a damaged finger while repairing an AC. Everything was awesome, every staff member was friendly and said hi. After seeing what they did vs my Neosporin/bandaid fix, I’m confident I won’t have an infection or scarring!
Waited 2.5 hours people walked in after me and was being seen. Need to have a system that shows who’s up next. Kind of ridiculous to spend the whole day at Springville workmed for a drug test.
