Worst service i have every received. The reception was so rude and condensing, I called this morning and was told that they accepted walk in before 2. Then I showed up and was told that they wouldn't take me because they were fully booked. There were 4 people in the waiting room. Absolutely joke of service. Also every year I come back because this is the only place my work accepts they find an excuse to delay my certification. Go anywhere else if you can!!!
Had a fall at work and am required to go through Work Med. There were some delays with approvals, but that was due to lack of info between clinic and worker's comp insurance. Jason Eatough, PA and his supporting staff were kind, gentle, attentive, gave good feedback and helped me understand why recommendations were made and what plans going forward would look like. Staff was nice and helpful with my wife. Not 5 stars becuz the doctor riding had a smell to him that was very bad is my complaints. Everyone else very nice
Staff was great and helpful with my wife. Only thing was doctor ryding had a smell to him that was very pungent and sour that would be my only complaint and reason for not full stars. All the other staff was kind and helpful.
So nice and my visit was quick and easy! Best WorkMed I’ve ever been to.
