Horrible clinic. We started this process a month ago. After waiting weeks for a mri , was told my husband needs to see a spine surgeon, was sent to a hip doctor and they said “hey you need to see a spine doctor” yup. Then we call back saying hey just wanting for a referral to see a spine surgeon. And they said no the notes say you need to see a hip doctor, after the doctor in the office told us in person we need to see a spine doctor? Dr Watson is amazing. Lindsey, who works at the front desk, is rude and unprofessional. I met with Dr Watson in person for my appointment. He advised me to call him with some information once I had obtained it. Like he told me to do, I called and asked to speak with him, explaining the circumstances. Lindsey refused to let me speak with him and said that I have to schedule another appointment. I had an excellent experience at Intermountain WorkMed in Murray, Utah for a employment drug test. The entire process was fast, efficient, and well organized, starting with the initial screening paperwork and continuing through the urine sample collection. The clinic was clean, professional, and well maintained, which immediately gave me confidence in their occupational health and workplace testing services. Went here on 11/19/2025 for a drug test. Was greeted by the super polite lady at the receptionist desk. Got squared away with my paperwork quickly and she was great to work with. The technician for the drug test was also super friendly. People complaining about having to wait long periods of time don't seem to acknowledge the hard work the staff are putting in. Murray's workmed staff are kind and helpful. The parking is weird, but the atmosphere is way more chill than the salt lake workmed. Would recommend 9/10 as far as an IHC workmed. Salt Lake workmed: 1/10
