I was really nervous after reading reviews and not knowing what to expect, everyone was polite and I was finished in about an hour. I felt like the doctor listened to my concerns and cared about my well-being.
I went here as I got hurt at work. I saw a Dr. at this facility. He was the worst I've ever seen. I fell hard on a tile floor. I slipped and landed on my right side on the ground, knowing that he then said" Walk for me. Oh you'll be fine. You're just bruised." No x-rays or MRI. I went to my own physician and I have a full rotater cuff tear. Avoid this place. The assistants were fine but the Dr. creeped me out. He placed his hand on my knee while speaking to me and I literally told him off and never went back.
This clinic is obviously terribly managed, the wait time is extremely long and people do not seem to care for their jobs or the fact that there are multiple patients waiting and have been waiting for a long time. There is miscommunication with the front desk and the staff and patients have to come up to the front desk to ask how much longer they will have to wait.
