If i could give negative stars i would, this place is the perfect example of why people no longer trust the health care establishment, most the reviews are all 1 star. In any other industry if you kept your client waiting so long you would not stay in business. This place is a complete joke. If you have the option to go anywhere else please make that choice!
Expect being there all day long. Hopefully you don’t have anything else going on that day. 1 star is being generous
Went to workmed, after 3 appointments I have had to wait an hour in the waiting room, plus an hour in the exam room, EACH VISIT,if this place was not forced by workcare I would not come here of my own volition. This issue a waste of my time for a walkin clinic. Lucky that this isn't coming from my own pocket. This also doesn't help as it is only open on weekdays, therefore cutting into my work schedule. They really need to add a way to check in online so I am not wasting my little amount of free time in their waiting room. A... read more
Sat in the room over two hours before the doctor showed up, very rude in my opinion
Would give it 0 stars if I could. We were there for 5 hrs. It was 4hrs before we saw the doctor. So very upset and frustrated. Never coming here again.
