I have yet to meet with the referred provider here, but customer service’s first impression: receptionist seems to lack a bit of patience and the standard friendliness customer service typically has. She sounded annoyed & rushed just repeating info back. Her tone really shifted when she asked to confirm what I was being seen for. Very different from the voicemail I was left when I missed the call. 3 Stars for Average to start with. I’d like to think it’ll all go well the day of but.. we’ll see

This place SUCKS!!!!!! Worst customer service...receptionist desk is rude....they make you wait FOR SOOO LING...they have enough staff but dint care about public or patients........They made me wait 1 hour and half!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately my insurance changed and I had to come here for a mammogram even though Ive heard of their bad reputation regarding patient care. I was treated like a rag doll without an ounce of compassion. The tech was rude, cold and made me feel as though I was putting her out as far as making a snide comment that I took too long to get undressed. I have had such better treatment from other offices. Do you research and find somewhere else.
