For those who are thinking about applying here - heed the advise who are saying to not. During my time with ITT, I saw 4 employees (2 out 2 in) rotate within the span of a week and a half. Training is non-existent. Any questions you have will be ridiculed. They talk about having an open door policy but yet are too busy to really talk to you. I was let go shortly after coming back from testing positive with COVID-19 during my 90 day period. DO NOT APPLY HERE. They play favoritism, do not want hear or try new ideas and expect people to do it the "ITT way". Its not a very good work environment if management dismisses every concern and idea. Treats a supervisor like an operator and allows employees to do whatever they please and have others clean up their mess.
