Never in my life I have felt so embarrassed, I should have left when I heard one of the employees talking to the other about a costumer that asked about the return policy making it seem like it was a low thing to ask. Don’t be in hurry when you order with them online . I am still waiting for my order to be ship and this is a gift for my daughter’s graduation this Saturday. When I called to cancel my order , they said this is too late you can’t cancel. So so disappointed. No gift 😩
Customer service is absolutely terrible. I have passed this store many times and always admired the items in the windows. I decided this week to finally stop in, since I needed a cocktail dress and knew they had higher end designer options. There were 3 associates “working”.
