Good clothing selection. Bad customer service - I don’t know if it was because I was wearing workout clothes and they didn’t think I would buy anything? There were only 2 customers in the store, including myself, and none of the employees asked either of us if we needed any help. Found a fitting room myself and tried things on. Not a great customer service experience, especially after spending hundreds of dollars.
Terrible service and experience and really bad lead back time
This store has the worst customer service ever. I called customer service and they laughed in my face.
I loved the display and bought dress (no tax refund), and found out they did not remove the security tag after I got home (in Hong Kong). That is not very professional!
