excellent place to work with friendly staff members
We have used intermedia for years. They used to be great but they have gone downhill bad. Their support is nice but makes lots of mistakes and takes forever. If I have an issue on average I spend an hour on the phone and usually have to make multiple calls. Their system is super complicated but lacks simple features like being able to set out of office greetings for a date range. Embarrassingly terrible exchange services. The spam filtering is atrocious, even at the maximum levels of protection, we are inundated with phishing requests for access to Intermedia's own systems. That's right Intermedia can't even effectively filter out spam phishing as Intermedia! Try to open a support ticket? Forget it... You have to navigate a labyrinth of FAQ articles that don't help anyone and finding a way to submit a ticket? Forget it. Used to be a reputable company with solid services now they're terrible.
