They have offered me different service. After they got my card number they said no my business is not for them after I asked them ok cancel the services they said yes but last 5 months they been charging me for the services thats not been done for my services do not give them card number I think this is scam company 🤔 they do promise over the phone they will give the money back email said yes they will give the money back till next month they charge again then you call them they do the same circle till next month

After cancelling my account and receiving a statement showing a zero balance, I was turned over to collections. Intermedia claims they can't see anything on my account and cannot explain the charges due to it being turned over to collections. The collection agency filed a dispute after I provided my statement showing a zero balance but Intermedia has not responded to them.
This company actually has a great service until you CANCEL it. They tell you fine then 3 months later take you to collection as they continue the service. They deny email confirmations and then try to ruin your credit. You can never get a person and the affiliate company cant even help. Going on a year of battle over a 60 bill which is now double. Each collector hangs up when you tell them you have proof you cancelled. BEWARE.. not worth it.
After years of unsatisfactory service we finally changed providers. I was informed that somehow I did something wrong so that our account was not cancelled after our numbers were ported away. So I get to pay for an additional month of nothing, with no hope for refund. The phones we got though them never really worked correctly, and when we finally tried to get support from the manufacturer, they told us the phones were out of warranty. Sorry.
