I bought our whole home of blinds and plantation shutters 5 years ago, all still work well. I needed some roller blind chain guides replacements, they knew exactly what was needed and supplied them to me with installation tips as well, fantastic follow up service
nic beltran is very rude and dismissive of enquiries about window coverings. he can't even take a customer call without playing some other call over it. he even said i'd need to pay a deposit before sending someone out for a measure and quote when they clearly advertise doing free measures and quotes!! that's one for consumer affairs. zero stars.
A wonderful experience at interlux! From start to finish the team were super friendly and the colour consultant (John) really helped to bring my dream to life. They listened and took on my feedback who was greatly appreciated, communication was top notch and couldn't have been more helpful! The price was fantastic and wait times not too long. Really happy with our new blinds and curtains from Interlux Design. The quality is excellent and the range of fabrics and styles made it easy to find exactly what suited our home. The customisation options were great; everything fits perfectly and looks beautiful. Installation was quick, and the finished result has completely lifted the look of our rooms. Highly recommend for anyone after stylish, well-made window furnishings.
We ordered Blinds and Shutters from Interlux for our new house. Whole process was very smooth right from the beginning till installation. Very friendly staff and guys who came to install the blinds and shutter were very polite and friendly. They cleaned after themselve leaving no mess behind. We got several motorized blinds ,manual blinds and plantation shutters. All products are of high quality. Very happy with the product and service.
