After not being advised or given much advice on what would suit our bay windows, with someone that said they had 20 years experience. I changed my mind to get the vertical blinds instead. They were going to refund first before even offering a solution. After some talk they said they would put in the vertical blinds. When they came to install after waiting about 3 weeks and only after I called them , they installed wrong colour blinds. They didn’t call , I had to email them , still they didn’t respond!
