All the team at Interlux, from sales to installers showed professional approach and kept in contact to ensure to let me know what stage they were at with the order. I have always dealt with Interlux and will always continue to deal with them due to their quality service and price of their products.
We have dealt with Interlux on at least three occasions over the years and they have never let us down. They will always go the extra mile to accomodate. Nic was excellent during our most recent transaction and Andy did a magnificent job with the install - very particular and extremely thorough. We continue to spread the word!

I bought our whole home of blinds and plantation shutters 5 years ago, all still work well. I needed some roller blind chain guides replacements, they knew exactly what was needed and supplied them to me with installation tips as well, fantastic follow up service
nic beltran is very rude and dismissive of enquiries about window coverings. he can't even take a customer call without playing some other call over it. he even said i'd need to pay a deposit before sending someone out for a measure and quote when they clearly advertise doing free measures and quotes!! that's one for consumer affairs. zero stars.
