I've worked with Interlude for over 6 years as a designer specifying their pieces. I love their product and I was very happy with their customer support in the past. while we liked the design of the chairs we bought, we were totally dissatisfied with the customer service response of not standing behind their product when we sought replacements or a remedy for the seams of all of the chairs eroding a lot after less than a year of usage by us, who are part time residents who use these chairs less than half of any year.This was a pathetic customer service response for a product that is marketed and sold as a fine product. buyers beware.
