As a Realtor, I always try to steer my clients to Gloria at Interlinc Mortgage. Recently I had a buyer that was purchasing a property and the seller insisted on a 30 day close. Most mortgage companies take at least 45 days to finance a purchase. Gloria stood up and we got the house closed 2 days before the 30 day limit imposed by the seller. Gloria works for you, and does not have "office hours". I have called her late at night and she is always willing to take my phone calls.
