Had both good and bad experience. Liz was a very knowledgeable designer and helpful. The sofa I ordered was to arrive in 8 to 10 weeks. At 11 weeks I contacted Interiors for a shipment update . Liz checked immediately and said the delay was because the sofa feet chosen were unavailable so a different foot was chosen. It is now 12 weeks since my original order. No pressure shopping. Greeted by salesperson who checked in with me regularly as I leisurely browsed. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Purchased a great mattress at a good price. Follow up communication and delivery was timely and convenient.
