We purchased two beautiful Palliser recliners in November 2024. Jordon was very helpful and great to deal with. When the chairs were delivered, Quin and Arden were so friendly and polite and made the whole experience a real pleasure!
Friendly staff and a great selection of furniture and window coverings
We called Better Shades with confidence that we would receive a quality product. They provided us with motorized window coverings for 5 windows (2 small basement windows, 5 ft slider, 4.5 x 3ft kitchen window and a living room window approx 6 x8) in addition we had a bedroom window covered with a plastic pull chain black out blind. We placed the order in May and within a week or so to our surprise they had them installed. We immediately expressed our disappointment of the quality of the blind material. Elizabeth was very helpful in the show room at figuring out the type of shades that would suit our needs. The installation was a breeze. There were a couple issues with some of the blinds that were seen upon install, but Better Shade identified the issues and were extremely easy to deal with in remedying the problem. The pricing was very fair and the blinds have revolutionized our sleeping. If we decide to get blinds in any other rooms of our house in the future, I will definitely be going back to them.
