We called Better Shades with confidence that we would receive a quality product. They provided us with motorized window coverings for 5 windows (2 small basement windows, 5 ft slider, 4.5 x 3ft kitchen window and a living room window approx 6 x8) in addition we had a bedroom window covered with a plastic pull chain black out blind. We placed the order in May and within a week or so to our surprise they had them installed. We immediately expressed our disappointment of the quality of the blind material.
